Tim Nichols holds a graduate degree in Urban And Regional Planning from the University of Toronto with emphasis on land use development and land economics. Prior to joining SP Realty Ltd, Brokerage, Tim worked for Bosley Real Estate Brokerage Ltd. in downtown Toronto. He has been involved in real estate related activites for over 30 years with both the private sector and various levels of government.
